Located in the central Via Giardini, in the historic district of Villanova, the house is on the ground floor with an independent entrance consisting of a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom with private bathroom, an entrance that thanks to a comfortable double sofa bed can become another bedroom served by the second bathroom, and a small external courtyard.
SAN LUCIFERO HOUSE
Via San Lucifero 45 a
The apartment enjoys an enviable position, in the heart of Cagliari, between the historical and commercial areas in via Garibaldi. It consists of a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom, an entrance hall that can become a second bedroom thanks to a comfortable double sofa bed, a bathroom with a large shower and a small external atrium.
YENNE HOUSE
Vico Santa Margherita 9
Located in the heart of Cagliari, a few meters from Piazza Yenne, the house is a ground floor with an independent entrance consisting of a living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which is connected to a single bedroom, and a bathroom. Fully air-conditioned, it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including FIBER-WIFI!
